After having installed the magnetometer mount some days ago I had not yet installed the magnetometer itself so I started the day by doing that. Then I continued with the lighting installation I started yesterday. I installed the canopy, mounted the magnetic compass and routed the wiring for the compass light through the glareshield. Next I prepared the bottom of the glareshield for a LED light strip and then bonded the light strip to the glareshield. To finish off for the day I drilled the holes in the instrument panel for the left and right map light and on/off switch and trial fit the right light and switch.
